Warranty

Oread Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. NO OTHER WARRANTY OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), SHALL EXIST IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR THE USE OF ANY OREAD PRODUCTS.

Claims for error, shortage, defect or Nonconformity must be writing within no longer than 14 calendar days upon receipt of materials. All other claims must be made in writing to Oread within 6 months from date of shipment or transport.

Products claimed to be nonconforming or defective must, upon Oread's prior written approval in accordance with its standards terms and procedures governing returns, promptly be returned to Oread for Inspection. Claim not make as per mentioned above within the applicable time period will be not be considered.

Oread shall in no event be responsible for any damage, injury; failure arises from the mishandling of its product and / or wrong product usage/ on the condition of valid claim. Oread as its option will repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price of the products to the buyer.

THE FOREGOING STATES BUYER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF OREAD WARRANTY AND FOR ANY CLAIM, WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR NEGLIGENCE, FOR LOSS OR INJURY CAUSED BY THE SALE OR OF ANY PRODUCT.

Limitation of liability

Oread excludes all liability expect such liability that is directly attributable to the willful or gross negligence of Oread's employees. Should Oread be held liable its liability shall in no event exceed the total purchase price under the contract. OREAD SHALL IN NO EVENT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS OR PROFITS, DOWNTIME OR DELAY, LABOUR REPAIR OR MATERIAL COSTS OR ANY SIMILAR OR DISSIMILAR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED BY BUYER.
