Our Manufacturing Plant

We are able to cater for the manufacturing of bolts, nuts and washers from diameter 6mm to diameter 64mm. To date, with cold forging and hot forging facilities, we deliver up to 2,200 metric tons per month of components on structural fasteners to our customers worldwide.

Our ISO certified manufacturing facilities are located in China and Vietnam. Our products are certified by:

• EC Factory Production Control Certificate by Lloyd's Register for EN15048 & EN14399

Oread Fasteners are manufactured from premium grade materials providing customers with trouble free fastening solution. We are committed to Quality Assurances Systems and all employees are trained on agreed industry practices and knowledge.

Oread purchases its raw materials from Mills of reputable suppliers. These suppliers are regularly audited and provide quality, approved fasteners to the structural steel market.

Our main core products are high strength connection bolting Grades such as, but not limited to:

• DIN/ISO/ASTM Hex Bolts, Socket Cap screws, Hex Nuts and Washers in various grades
• BS EN15048 Non-Preloading Structural Bolting Assemblies with CE Marking
• BS EN14399-3/4 System HR & HV Preload Structural Bolting Assemblies with CE Marking
• Diameters in manufacture range from:-  M6 to M64
• All product comes with test certificates to BSEN10204 3.1 Free of charge
